Rhys turned up when he advised he would, listened to the issue and went into the loft first to see the leak and then went up on the roof. He took photos and showed me what he had found which was a failed flashing and a poorly installed ridge tile line. He said he would send me the quote which arrived when promised and was detailed. I had another quote and his was competitive and due to his manner and care I went with Rhys. The day arrived and they were on time and carried out the work quoted, they showed me before and after photos and removed all debris from the roof.
